HONDA B16B OPTIONS

I have a 2001 awd CRV Using the B20 engine. I like the car but would like it had a lot more power for day to day driving. Precisely what is involved when changing the inventory head Along with the VTech head? Is there any websites/tutorials that go over this swap, also which head would I be seeking?B18 and B16 engines are the two B-series engines.
